Correlation between Cryptosporidium parvum and Helicobacter Pylori Infections in Gastrointestinal Patients at Wasit Province

The present study aimed to identify the relationship between Cryptosporidium parvum parasite andHelicobacter pylori in patients at Wasit province and its environs. One hundred stool samples were collected(male female) from suspected diarrheal of parasitic bacterial infection during periodOctober 2020 April 2021 who attended Al-Karamah Teaching Hospital GeneralHospital Martyr Fairuz Hay district.The investigation oocysts was carried out by staining withModified Ziehl Neelson method also detecting Helicobacter using dipstick. results ofour revealed that 55( 55%) positive for C. 48 (48%) Helicobacterpylori co- infections bacteria reached 32( 32%). age group(1-20years) showed highest11 (11%) prevalence rate while lowest patient with agegroup (21-40 years) 6(6%) interplay .
